When the 10?8?3? flop hit the felt, both players checked to see the 8? on the turn. Ribouchon checked once again and Gunness fired a bet of 2,700,000. Ribouchon made the call.

The 6? hit the felt and Ribouchon checked for a final time before Gunness put out a bet of 7,500,000. Ribouchon surrendered the pot by tossing his cards into the muck.
